The company and the door
This site is provided by Zora Constellation, Inc., with parent Zora Constitutional Holdings, Inc. Creating an account is a request. A subscription starts when checkout and entitlement confirm it. Prices and statements of work are confirmed in writing. We may refuse a seat.
ZoraTrade
ZoraTrade is a flat software subscription — $99/month for new standard subscriptions · zero profit-share. Existing USD49 subscriptions retain their existing price. Founder and selected beta access are complimentary. Your broker relationship stays with your broker. Each owner chooses their trading setup and separately activates automated trading; connecting a broker does not activate it. You are responsible for trading decisions you authorize.
No miracles
We do not warrant uninterrupted service, particular model behaviour, or business results. Field work described on this site is proof of method, not a guarantee that your outcome will match. You keep what is yours; you grant us the right to use what you submit in order to answer and to run the seat you asked for.
Texas
