What we collect
If you contact us or create an account: name, email, organisation, plan, seats, and the words you send. Billing runs through Stripe; identity confirmation may run through Plaid. Broker OAuth seals to your account vault — not to page source. Server logs may include IP address, time, and page. Voice and machine operator data from a live installation are covered by that installation’s own control, not by anonymous browsing of this site.
Why · where · how long
To answer you, to open a seat, to run a subscription you requested, and to keep the site up. We do not sell personal information. Submissions live on the operator host that serves this site. We do not use them to train a public model. We keep them as long as needed to fulfill the request and our legal duties.
Your rights
